  If I can give them 1/2 a star I would have... worst place ever. Dr. Brat is a good doctor what makes it bad are the front support staff and the office manager. Hope soon he can fix that. Had really bad experience and we'll never go back. My kids love their new doctor.

  The front office and the manager lack patient care. They have such a bad attitude from the moment you call and they have to actually do some work. I have literally had a receptionist laugh because I kept voicing concerns I had about my child. I had called another time to make an appointment because my son had been vomiting and she said at his age which was 4 weeks, that it's normal, which is completely inaccurate considering he wasn't keeping any milk down at all, I had to give her all the symptoms that came along with the vomiting just to get an appointment to get my child checked. The doctor is good but if he doesn't hire new front staff that shows compassion for his patients then he is going to lose those patients. Coming from a person who works directly with multiple family practice Doctors as well as pediatric doctors and supervises a front office, this place is not worth the headache.
